Do your pet sitters leave the house and pets alone during the day?

No, all of our sitters are either full time pet sitters or work from home and so can work from your house and care for your pets all day and night

What are your day care hours?

Week day drop off - 7.30 AM - 10 AM
Week day pick up - 3 PM - 5.30 PM

Are aggressive dogs allowed at your day care?

NO, we have a strict policy on dog aggressive dogs, and no, we will not keep them closed off or separated from other guests. Our company policy is passionately veered against running our day care like a prison. Mistakes happen very easily. We would rather run with lower risk and be preventative, than deal with tragic and devastating results. Safety & happiness first!

Where is your daycare located and how much space do the dogs have?

Gordons Bay is our main location currently, we have plenty of space inside and outside (including a large dam to paddle in), we also take the dogs for "outings" to our Somerset West location (farm) which is currently being set up to run full time day care too

How long are your walks normally?

Normally around 1 - 2 hours - we go until your dogs are ready to go home :)
